I think you will be ok if you top yourself up to a marketable parcel before they commence the process of selling unmarketable parcels.

I spoke with MC about this after the demerger meeting. I didnt get a solid answer from him, but he indicated that if you top up through IPO or on market, once trading, you should be ok.

He thinks only half of unmarketable parcel holders will show any interest in COW. The extrapolation being the other half will just let their parcels go through the sale process.
