    Wouldn't COW's first duty be to its shareholders ie current shareholders? The notice mentions positive signs from early exploration. Shares were distributed to bring parity to value of TAW and AMAL. perhaps AMAL/TAW now see value in funding and keeping this asset closer. Good luck to COW holders. Maybe I'm an optimist.
