The spot price for Lith carbonate has taken a bit of a hit this last month. I think we need to see demand for it firm up a bit as the battery companies gear up for whenever they need to start supplying the upcoming EVs. T hc at could be a while away yet.

Listening to Elon taking to Rogan has made it pretty clear that the design of a new EV car is almost an entirely 'start fresh' process. There is not much they can use from existing ICE models.

So I wonder if it will take a couple of years before we see the lithium boom back on track.
