    Hi Haplo, I believe it's a requirement to have an AGM annually, I believe that's what the "A" stands for.

    Anyway, I don't see any resolutions or comments that the purpose of the AGM is to look at getting the IPO going again, can you perhaps highlight where you got that all from?

    Also, what's resolution 5 all about, "Consolidation of Capital"
