How does this happen? If I robbed someone of $500 in the street I'd be inside looking out! These roosters can go from one gig to another, after fleecing mum and dad investors of hard earned savings, without any ramifications! Clearly no one does reference checks on these guys when they rock up to their next gig. Love to see the Resume that was submitted. You can bet it'll be as honest as the day is long....... Probably as honest as they were with A40s shareholders!

Something else too consider..... ASIC must be very busy on other failures, clearly bigger than A40s if they don't want to act on this one!
