found this today, seems it owns the cowan lithium project
I have received no updates on the listing, prospectus other than the information they previously sent which said they planned to list, and before that they had sold the Cowan lithium tenement for 3M, which no doubt went into their pockets.....
Anyway for your information, seems a code has been issued
As a shareholder I cant tell you about the prospectus as I received everything else like change of name, selling tenement, gunna list
Seems I missed the "oh we are going to consolidate meeting notice" and now the "prospect ASS" was lost on the interweb
