You can see a few tenements, but let's take two of the biggest ones :

Now use a publicly available website to know about these tenements, and you can see that for both of these tenements :

* Current Holder: MOUNT BELCHES PTY LTD which was a 100% subsidiary of Tawana
* On 26 October 2020, a caveat was placed on the tenements with the caveator as BLOOMIER RESOURCES PTY LTD

Caveat was placed on October, the same month as the Cowan announcement.
Then BLOOMIER RESOURCES PTY LTD was only registered in September 2020.

According to ASIC, the company officers are foreign-born.
You do a search in ASIC and pay a small amount to get the company extract.

Interestingly, the address in the USA mentioned below is also the same USA address recorded for one of the officers of LIATAM.
