No AGM before the closing date of the Xstrata offer.
I believe that management just not wanted to face the shareholders in this rising nickel market.
The big question is now how long they can keep the Quaterly results hidden from the market.
And if this Quaterly is going to be released, would it truly reflect the state of affairs.
Imho there will be only one option left for the shareholders who believe they have been short changed with this ridiculous low offer.
And that is (if no higher bid emerges) to vote NO and to put a motion to remove the current board as they are not having put the best interest of the Company and shareholders first.
As you and I know without this crazy takeover we would have had the A$23 already in the pocket , either now or after the last QTR result.
As I said before, What a waste.
