The 3 different groups of Indian based entities that were immediately on the phone to ect after the VIC CAP LOI was announced were concerned that their negotiations would be put on the ''priority 3'' back burner.

.........That depends on VIC CAP in part.

But....if VIC CAP drag their proverbial protracting reverse psychological butts in the hope that they will get something extra for nothing....they will get shafted by one of their own end users....that'll learn em for doin' the Anglo Saxon shuffle.....but it won't help holders.

There are roughly 2800 esi shareholders who's holdings have shrunk to around $1000 or less.

500 with more.

All interested takeover parties want to push the price down, and get holders to dump.

Holders without this info will see the sp dwindle and consider selling out..

Last bunch of munters that tried to buy out esi from under holders noses, tried this...pre agm...their target price/budget was 3 million bux.

The EGM cooled their heels...but left the basement door open for some even less savoury types.

Why do entities try to buy esi thru the basement side door ?
