of course they can report a resource prior to scoping or fs. My point is, 'realistic' COGs would be 'recommended'.

If I was to ask a range of independent CPs if 0.2g/t COG would be 'realistic' the answer would be 'not at this stage'

And I can argue it can be mis-leading to report a range of COGs without justification. In this case, I could argue that a 0.2g/t COG is close to 'in-ground value', which is miss-leading. If I was to make a complaint to ASIC then ABM would struggle to justify it, and would be better off removing it.

My closing comments are, not every investor is astute as you chuk. Most are babies sucking their thumbs when it comes to investing in the resource game.
