Looks like CP has added another asset to RDI.

Mineralogy Pty Ltd acquires a further 5.49% interest in Waratah Coal Inc.

BRISBANE, Australia, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - Mineralogy Pty Ltd ("Mineralogy" or
the "Company"), a privately-held corporation based in Brisbane, Australia,
announced today that the Company acquired 3,091,400 common shares (the Shares)
in the capital of Waratah Coal Inc. ("Waratah") representing 5.49% of the
issued and outstanding shares of Waratah. The company entered into a contract
to buy such shares dated 17th September 2008 which has a date for settlement
under the contract of 17 of September 2008. The company has agreed to pay
C$ 4,020,512.49 (Canadian Dollars) for the Shares, a price of Canadian$ 1.3005
to each share. After the acquisition of such shares, the Company beneficially
owns 9,548,000 common shares representing 16.94% of the issued and outstanding
shares of Waratah.
The Company has acquired the common shares for investment purposes and
will acquire further common shares or dispose of its holdings of common shares
both as investment conditions warrant.
Waratah is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol
"WCI".
