    So in 1984, they thought it was an anthracycline and so they kept hammering away at it as if it should do things like an anthracycline, but it kept doing different things to what they were expecting. But they were so convinced by their initial thought that it was an anthracycline that they couldn’t change their minds.

    That’s a bit like you, you dopey ape brained, drop-in. You could open your eyes and take the red pill.

    There were all sorts of amazing outcomes from the trials 40 years ago that they didn’t understand. Now we’ve got independent scientists getting National awards for their work in understanding Bisantrene and Race is learning enough about a few of the billion dollar opportunities that they represent.

    Also, please remember that the data here is that it gave a 70% survival rate against an survival rate of 0% - who cares if the paper is 40 years old, it’s still gonna work.
