What a Doxorubicin and Mitoxantrone combo looks like. We know that Miroxantrone was still less toxic than Dox alone, but in combo has elevated cardiotoxicity.

Maybe Bisantrene and Dox combo might show some off target side effects due to the CPACS mechanism and metabolising the toxic effects of dox, such as liver toxicity or myelosuppression which have been observed in single agent / combo trials.
