Well, they are probably also going to measure whatever mechanism explains the <62.5nM IC50 for Bisantrene in these cell models where DAC51 and FB23-2 where not sensitive.
This implies that there is a more sensitive target than FTO for Bisantrene that seems to synergise with anthracyclines potently.
