Like most of LIT's ANNs this one has no substance in relation to the positive outcome
the writer is trying to project.
1/. LPD threatens to take Li-Technology to court to stop the use of Patented L-Max
processes in LIT's Sileach.
2/. LIT agrees .. Case closed.
seems to me that Lit, already having L-Max to use tried to mix and match Sileach
and L-Max.
"All commercial details of the settlement remain confidential" translates to me .. like..
don't tell , what I was trying to do , someone else might try it and I don't have
my Sileach Patent yet.

Other than confirming that LIT still has the us of L-Max in WA. and 2 other licenses
overseas the rest of the ANN is attempted embellishment.
Your ANNs writer is trying to ' pull the wool ' over his readers, or is it 'Orwellian Doublespeak'
