Can't really rely on anything i suppose.. You're right in that the issue price could potentially push things lower, being the VWAP over 15 days prior to December 23 and then the 15% discount. Currently that issue price sits at about 19 cents per share, but that will change depending on the next weeks trading. And almost always the market price will reach the issue price.
But in saying that, there is nothing wrong with a bit of a healthy correction. GLTAH!
