This is my understanding. So can we count on US investors fighting over our shares too? Should see a re-rate of the SP after we go live on the OTC.

Interestingly, there are high upfront registration, administrative (probably legal) costs that go into a listing on a foreign market. This likely accounts for some of the high cash burn we've been seeing over the past few weeks.

I'm all for it though - let's get the US investors on board!
