    I'm not disputing that the listing wont happen but its not as straight forward as you put it...
    "From the AGM ann - the OTCQB listing is happening, it's not a resolution that requires our vote"
    .
    Clearly stated in AGM notes from Fridays annoucement : Resolution 12 & 13
    Brokerage firm Everblu have been appointed to control the OTCQB....share options required for the OTC to happen , do require resolution
