Have you tried emailing the company rather then leaving the discussion open for people to give their unjustified opinion, only saying this as there's so many people on here at the moment with questionable agendas.
Asking company direct you'll get it from the horses mouth.
But what they'll probably confirm with you is what they stated in their recent announcement which was"OTC listing is imminent" which means it's close.
