Their sister company Hemp Industries, located in Slovakia have some (unlisted) products available for sale in Slovakia. They have no products available for sale and use in Australia. This does not substantiate your claim that "This company has a proven track record of delivering dozens of products to market". I would further point out that companies such as MXC have similar products in the EU, but perhaps you would like to talk about market share? Given that Slovakia has a population of ~5.4 million people, what's the market saturation of Hemp Industries products in the mother country?

How many of the BoD exactly have a pharmaceutical background? Please don't embellish for the sake of your audience. Oh, and where did Boaz make his name? And I'm not sure why punters should be excited about the J & J takeover of Actelion too?
