what has CFMEU to do with interest rates or the RBA impending decision?
obviously:
- rental rates will rise with an interest rate increase as such a rise increases the cost of interest-only mortgages
- mortgage repayments - OBVIOUSLY - increase
- "artificially inflating housing cost"? you have an idea? developers are more likely to increase housing costs. but they're too busy going into liquidation to avoid their tax liability.
"their biggest doners" are they always going out for a kebab? yeh I got the msg; donors and unions..... big business and small workers paying the parties. ALL parties..... so whats your point?
