but I do concede that unions play into the increased cost of housing. and govt projects, tower blocks etc etc. they increase the cost of development as well.

don't mistake me, I'm not defending any union. for from it with CFMEU. they are a mob of thugs and have been from the BLF days. and MWU.

perhaps we need Howard to come back and fix the CFMEU. certainly the ABCC did so little to manage the building issues because they were focused on the union and allowed developers free reign to rip off customers with shortcuts which resulted in apartment blocks being such poor quality.
