    not just the us feds...our govt was in there...who was in govt in 1990 ?? keating.....
    makes us all look like the fools they took us for....congrats to michael west for raising the issue...
    so many costs are tied to those figures
    we knew we were paying more than the cpi figures....
    like lambs to slaughter
