That may be the case for mines being developed in countries that are not very stable but with this mine is in Alberta Canada, voted the most mine friendly area in the world and with the infrastructure and experienced workforce readily available this is as good as it gets. IMHO the price / ton will be calculated much higher than $0.77. (not too much risk here!) And as it goes into production the
$3.19 figure will also be calculated much higher,due to the reasons stated above.
