Not really.
Given the AUD-CAD, the funds who follow this stock would be unconcerned about where they owned it.
I think that you have to factor a lot of uncertainty into the price:
1. European Debt crisis
2. Stability of future Asian demand for coal.
That said, CPL is my largest single stock holding and I think it is going to 3.60-4.00 over the next couple of years. As Vista approaches production the price will gravitate to an appropriate level against expected earnings.
