    Gday guys

    I was flicking through the last annual report and towards the back, in note 29, it states that for every 5% improvement in the price of polyamide chips it will increase profitability by 4.6m and a decline in price of polyamide chip prices by 5% will decrease profitability by the same amount.

    My first thought was that profitability will increase when the price of raw materials decrease, but this seems not be the case.

    Anyone with any thoughts?
