Spot on Mike, The Mancal lease is not only next to CPL's Northern Hinton lease I believe it actually bisects it, IMO this should make a huge difference to tonnage and mine plan efficieny if we were able to acquire it. From Memory Highland Park's placement agreement allows for additional funds if required for an acquisition so funding is available if a share & cash offer is made.
