You appear to have missed the point.

Mr R Judd has since 2012 consistently articulated that the CPSA was "independent" and only there as a conduit between the shareholders and CTP.

It now clearly takes a partisan position

If it was as independent as it has said for many years, why has it now changed it position.

I think you need to understand that the CPSA was set up by Mr Robin Judd and Mr Simone Phillis, as Karl rightly observed NO ONE elected them, NO ONE gave them, any power to make decisions on behalf of shareholders.

The decision to actively support one group over an other is being made by 2 person at a minimum.
Support and impartiality and keeping information from shareholder I would think is contrary to how an alleged independent organisation should act.

It is clearly partisan.
