    Went back and looked for it (OptionCo info pack):
    "OptionCo is a small group of 10 large CTP shareholders (OptionCo) who do not
    agree with Macquarie’s present Takeover Offer, and together hold more than 5%
    of CTP’s shares."
    So that would include Howes' 2.7M but not any other CPSA holders (e.g. Robert Dean and associates).
