CTP has about 433m shares on issue
MBL has 10m, which cannot vote.
I think Board can vote? not sure how mnay they would represent anyway.
So total eligible votes 423m.

Last AGM total votes made were about 92m or 21%

This S of A is obviously far more important - but there were 8654 s/h as at Sept 2016.
of those, 4,746 had holdings of 10,000 shares or less. So half of CTP s/h have an investment worth only $2,000 or less.
Point is, many, many of those smaller s/h will not vote.
Top20 only hold about 89m or 20.5%. that's is remarkably small number.

I have no idea how many s/h will bother to vote.
If we are extremely generous and say 75% of shares will vote, then about 317m shares might vote (but I doubt that number).

so s/h need 25% of shares which are voted, in order to block the Scheme.
so NO vote needs max of about 79m shares to vote No.
79m shares represents about 18.2% of total number of CTP shares on issue.

If CTPSA already has 5% held by those 10 shareholders, then all the other s/h who have registered with CTPSA and CB just might be enough?
