You are also trying to submit a 249D form and to do this you need 5% of shareholders shares to support this form. So you are currently trying to get shareholders to give you their approval to use their shares for the 249D. You haven't publicly published the names of any shareholders that have given you their approval so far.

So you are also being secretive.

Since you are so concerned about transparency I suggest you publicy release the names of the people that have given you their approval to use their shares for the 249D form and also the number of shares that each of said persons hold.
