It is 50% of the total shareholders voting on the resolution to pass first gate and then 75% of the total shares voted on the resolution to pass second gate and go to the Courts.
Based on what I read here I think that the NO vote may prevail in stopping the move to go to the next stage of the 75%.
Could that be the reason that RC and the Chairman are travelling around selling the benefits (YES WE HEARD THAT BEFORE) of the SoA.??
The point is that no one really know what figures of investors the financial Institutions and possibly Macquarie Superannuation funds holds in their Nominees accounts.
