You are correct we must get the no vote first
What I don't understand is the voting only allows
Agree abstain or disagree
So how are people claiming you can proxy vote
I believe over 50 percent won't vote therefore
We would only need 54 million shares
But concerned with false proxy voting because I can't find anywhere that you can physically proxy vote
