The tariffs will all wash out anyway. It is easier to sell the gas at plant gate and let someone else do the sums. Its hard to beat the big guys on tariffs anyway, in my experience.
The COE board has been in place for a while now and has built from a low base. I am not convinced about the east Gippsland play, but to date it looks OK. I have worked on this in the past, but could never make it work. $8 gas obviously helps. But we digress.
The COE board now is superior to both the current CTP board and the potential newbies, if that comes to fruition.
I was expecting an event on this, which has now closed, so it was timely for me to go for now.
I'm not sure, even now, how I would have voted (it appears that y'all had me in the yes camp).
I wish you all the best on this one. Time to move onto the next gas play.
