There is no issue with contact, as long as there is no price sensitive information released, so I agree with you that the contact per-say is OK.
But, in the context of the earlier posts, this was not what was being discussed, as it was way beyond any non-sensitive information and that's why I mentioned this.
I hope that you see the difference.
