Please correct me if I am wrong but, wasn't he the one that went out of the way in the first place and choose RC to come on Board.??
And now, while IMO, he is crying fowl play. Nevertheless, he was told umpteen years ago, along with some others in that camp, that it was going to eventually come back and bait him real hard in the rear end, and it was all disregarded. And the $2 per share within 6 months of RC's employment/engagement went all out of the window too.
The reality of it all has now surfaced it's ugly face.
I still will not be supporting the YES vote but I really haven't made my mind up properly either.
