Completely fair point about supporting Bob's alternate board, Kato. Instead they have tried to stop him publishing information here, as though they have some authority that he does not. They don't. They are self-appointed and un-elected. They have no more authority over who can discuss CTP than you or I do.

However, CPSA have said that the majority of the responses they received from people who have asked for their support is no, so in the interests of those shareholders they should be facilitating and promoting a no vote.

I'm happy to hear their suggestions on an alternate board, if they have any, but one thing is for certain - if the no vote gets up, and the current board resigns, we want a new board, perfect or not, ready to step in until a proper replacement board is elected.
