I appreciate passions are running hot right now, and I have previously stated my own belief the Macquarie offer is too low and will be voting No to the current proposal.

Sandy Mak is advising Macquarie, and not only is she a Lawyer, but she is also a lecturer in Corporate and Securities Regulation (Takeovers & Schemes) at Sydney University Law School (http://www.corrs.com.au/people/sandy‐mak/)
