Good questions aabbaadd, however keep in mind anything that the CPSA distributes goes straight to CTP/MQG as well. Imagine they would be reluctant to show their hand, and rightly so as they currently oppose both the Scheme and support the boards replacement.

Imagine the play being made here is now just vote creep. Everytime CTP delays the Scheme, or releases more news then some people will sell. MQG aren't scooping them up; a quick look at the Top 20 suggests short termers are doing the work for them instead. Their incentive is to pick up the spread (currently 17%) and perhaps a bit more if the CVN's turn out to be worth anything.

Whereas the shareholders who previously held those shares may have been a mixed bag (some for, some against, and some not bothering to vote), now all those votes will vote for the Scheme.

The current CTP board have real time access to the voting, and combined with Origin Capital cold-calling and pushing they have the advantage, and have proven they can delay it when and how often they like. The only stop in play now appears to be the General Meeting on 19 July.

All we can do is stand united and strong. If you believe in the potential buy more and vote those too.
