Turtle, not sure why the pullback (looks like a buying opportunity given the bullish comments recently) but you should read the notice of AGM again. Only the first tranche has been triggered. The next performance period only starts in Nov 2007. We are not talking sheep stations either, and management is well incentivised already. Stay long in my view. Hope you followed a few of the other tips - ALU and ESS doing very nicely, although both getting peaky in my view.
