RSI has turned, yeah sure based on today's activity! CPU's chart has beed heading down for ages. If you invert the chart - we would all be trading it like crazy, reality is, it is still trending down. .
Good luck, I elect not to follow CPU, or try and bottom pick this one, as I don't believe it has hit the pivot low yet.
But each to their own opinion.
