I believe a broker placed today a very large "all or nothing" order which generally implies a company wanting to take a strategic position of some kind at a set price. The takeover theory does have some validity to it IMHO. Having said that I still wouldn't touch it with a barge pole as I don't ever buy downtrending stocks. Stick to your rules I keep telling myself.......it's hard sometimes.
