CPU faces a disruptive tech risk in the sequential distributed database blockchain. I am no expert in such matters, yet can see this reducing all registry functions to matters of recording - a far different model to what allowed CPU to grow like topsy.
The SP has been in downtrend since Feb 2015. Has it broken out of this channel? Who knows. Looks like a fully mature business to me. I would consider it under $7.50.
