This is why I suggested holding in one of my posts above. I know a few of us more experienced investors did a nice daytrade today (and added more shares for free) but it's quite risky if you don't know what you're doing.

You'll still make a very nice profit by playing it safe and holding.

Remember at the end of the day you are investing in businesses that you believe will be very profitable, not gambling on if a ticker will go up and down. The SP will follow a businesses profit in the long term, so if you pick a business that will be more profitable in the future than it is now, you'll make money.

It's actually that simple at its core, I don't know why more people don't invest. Yes there are complicated aspects but the core fundamentals of investing are actually not that hard.

Anyone can do it, they just need to put their mind to it.


Sidenote: Even I was a little scared I would not get in today. After the massive dump the buying pressure was relentless and began to scoop up everything the sell side dropped.
