The Glass facade area on future Buildings could be open to tender by Utilities Infrastucture Investors.

Because Investors could buy and install the windows on Future Buildings and be the Owner of the Energy production infrastucture and supply the energy generated to get a financial return on their Untility Investment.

The Face of Building will Change IMHO. There is so much Money in the World looking for a return on Investment, So even a 3% or 5% return on Investment produces numbers that can be equated into Finacially viable independant Investments.

So in Future the Building Owners may own the Building but not the Solar Glass Facade, because that could be owned, and maintained by the Utility Investment Fund gaining a yield off the energy supplied.

The Cleaner the Utility keeps the glass , the more power they generate, so the Building Owner would likely agree to allow the Utility Investors to Own the Facade because they have a vested interest to keep it clean.

So its a WinWin for Investors, energy security, cleaning and maintenance, star ratings and also reduced building costs because the Utility Investors would buy and pay for the Clearvue PV Solar Glass, reducing the building costs to the developer. IMHO but we are looking at a Billion MC once this sinks in what this really is here.
