I should have added all my comments apply to brand new structures. I can't yet see an economic case for retrofitting or replacing CPV windows in an existing structure (except perhaps smart windows in a low rise).
This may come later when a lot more knowledge and expertise has been developed and economies of scale and mass production have really kicked in.
The Vicinity trial was a retrofit aimed at determining performance characteristics of CPV windows. Some windows were placed in sub-optimal locations on purpose. Also there was no pre-existing expertise and no economies of scale or mass production. Everything was done from scratch for the first time.
Therefore I believe any cost figures for designing, constructing and installing the CPV windows in the Vicinity trial have no relevance whatsoever to the economic case I have proposed for a BRAND NEW high rise.
