Why don't you contact the company and ask all your questions. For the vast majority of punters in the stock market, the only information available is via company presentations and announcements. Professional analysts probably have a much better insight into certain stocks, but will leave that alone. You want "simple explanations", you may as well be asking "how long is a piece string". Personally think that you post only on this forum to stir the pot.
