They need customers.
they received $21,000 from customer receipts last quarter.
But they spent $900,000+.
If that's your own household... you take in 2, but spend out 90.
Simple fact is they need to grow this product. It will take a few years. Hopefully sooner.
Once we see a CAGR establish then we can value the company. Until then it's all guesswork on how well the sales staff will be able to sell the product.
To be clear, this unfavorable income to outgoings ratio is normal for startups.
But they do need to address it over coming years.
They will also need to dilute holders by raising more capital probably by Q4 this year. Maybe Q1 next year.
