Seems silly to run a Chart Thread Thread and a Chart Update thread,
We have a Chart thread running, so best to post Charts on that one.
If we were to run another thread it should be on a different topic to charts.
I suggest to stop this thread, and use the existing chart thread for charts.
Then mabe use a different topic other than charts if a new thread is started.
