Hi all, new to this stock thread & whilst I love the concept (and anything "green" in general on an emotional level), I'm trying to work out the value prop from a financial standpoint. Am I right in my reading of the following:

First Sale of 100sqm @$45K = $450 USD per sqm price to customer - I know the panels are 1.2sqm but for simplicity will assume they're 1sqm (which actually makes them cheaper than they would be)

Current Vicinity Centre Project showing 30 Day Avg generation 29.09 kWh for 18 panels = 1.6161111 kWh per panel per month or 19.39kWh per panel per year

Rough Avg Commercial cost per MWh $110.12/MWh ($0.11012/kWh) AUD (data from June 2018 & uses VIC as it's not the most expensive but not the cheapest)

Does this mean the panels only return $2.135 AUD (19.39x0.11012) per year per panel for a USD $450 ($650ish AUD) outlay in Australian $ terms (or 0.33% p.a.)? I'm aware of the other insulation benefits etc. but this seems like nothing worth mentioning so wondering how is it that this product stacks up financially?

Absolutely willing to accept my mathematics or assumptions are wrong and won't take offence to being told so - genuinely want to understand the "financial" value prop for prospective clients.
